Billing
All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT calculations. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or any renewal payment. Refund requests can be submitted by contacting us at legal@utilitools.dev.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use UtiliTools for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. Specifically, you must not:
- Use the service for any illegal activity or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to abuse, exploit, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service without our express written permission.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to UtiliTools in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50.00 (USD), whichever is greater.
